摘　　要：本文介绍了利用α 淀粉酶降解木薯淀粉 ,制备高固含量、流动性好的淀粉胶的方法。通过正交实验选择最佳工艺条件。然后对降解淀粉进行改性 。The way of degradation of tapioca with α amylase and the preparation of starch adhesive of high solid body content and good fluidity.The optimal condition of degradation was selected by orthogonal test.The properties were modified to improve the cohere intensity and stability to fit the requirement of the high-speed cigarette machine.
