摘 要:应用酶联免疫法测定尿液中卵泡刺激素的亚单位β-FSH)以及雌酮、孕酮在尿液中的代谢产物E1C和PdG的水平,评价运动对妇女月经周期的影响。结果表明,运动组妇女的黄体功能缺陷和不排卵所出现的频率显著高于对照组,并且月经周期状态不连续的发生率明显增高。运动组黄体功能缺陷妇女的卵泡期长度比运动组正常排卵妇女和对照组妇女的卵泡期长度显著延长,黄体期长度显著缩短、卵泡期早期尿中FSH浓度也显著降低。研究结果提示FSH分泌水平在AMI中起着重要的作用。In this experiment,we investigated the levels of urinary β-FSH(FSH subu nit),E1C(the metabolites of estrone ) and PdG (the metabolites of progesterone),and evaluated the effect of exercise on women menstrual cycle. The results revealed that frequency of luteal phase deficiency (LPD) and anovulation was significantly greater in the exercising women than that in the sedentary women.Menstrual cycle status from cycles to cycles was very consistent in the sedentary women and was very inconsistent in the exercising women.The exercising LPD cycles had significantly longer follicular phases compared to exercising ovulatory women and sedentary women,luteal phases length was significantly shorter in the exercising LPD cycles. During days 1 to 7 of early follicular phase, FSH excretion was significantly decreased in the exercising LPD and anovulatory cycles.The results showed that FSH excretion level played a very important role in AMI.
