摘  要:目的 :研究金属烤瓷修复体 (porcelainfusedtometals ,PFM )修复后局部牙龈病变的原因 ,探讨PFM修复后牙龈组织在透射电子显微镜下的病理变化特点 ,为修复临床的病例选择提供参考。方法 :选取经本人行PFM修复后局部牙龈变色、增生需行牙龈切除术的 32例患者的牙龈组织为实验组 ,另取 14例因正畸需要行拔牙术发生牙龈撕裂的健康牙龈组织为对照组 ,利用透射电子显微镜和X线能谱分析法对实验组和对照组牙龈组织超微结构、离子吸收情况分别进行对比。结果 :电镜下PFM修复后的牙龈组织可见大量的炎性细胞浸润和细胞变性、坏死改变。实验组和对照组间Ni、Cr含量 ,差异无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :PFM修复后牙龈组织存在明显的炎症反应 。Objective: Our aims were to study the cause of gingival changes after PFM prosthesis ,and to analyze the pathological changes property under transelectromicroscope. Methods: Thirty two patients’ gingiva tissue were used as test group who need partial gingiva excision with hyperplasia gingiva after PFM prosthesis, fourteen patients’ gingiva tissue were used as controls who need extract their health teeth accompany with gingiva laceration. Transelectromicroscope and X ray energy spectrum analysis were used to compare the test group and the controls. Results: There are many inflammatory cells infiltration and necrosis in the test group under transelectromicroscope The amount of Ni and Cr of test group and the controls showed no significant difference by using t test (P>0 05) Conclusion: The PFM prosthesis could cause inflammation of gingiva tissue We could not find any absorb of Ni and Cr ion in the inflammatory gingiva which caused by base metals
