摘　　要：简述血管紧张素 受体拮抗剂的降压作用机制及 AT1 / AT2 均衡拮抗剂的作用特点 ,主要介绍了三类AT1 / AT2 均衡拮抗剂 ,并对受体结合模型和构效关系进行了探讨。The mechanism of angiotensin Ⅱ receptor antagonist for antihypertensive therapy and the functional characters of AT 1/AT 2 balanced antagonist was introduced. Three types of AT 1/AT 2 balanced antagonists together with their receptor binding model and structure activity relationship were reviewed.
