摘　　要：目的　研究BALB/c被毛突变无毛小鼠脾脏T细胞亚群数目及比例 ,并与BALB/c裸鼠及BALB/c正常小鼠进行比较。方法　应用荧光素标记的单克隆抗体反应及流式细胞仪测定T细胞亚群数目及比例。结果　BALB/c被毛突变无毛小鼠、稀毛小鼠的L3T4+ 、Ly - 2 + T细胞亚群比例分别为 2 3.41± 1.73、6 .4± 1.5 1和 2 6 .6± 2 .79、6 .7± 0 .74,BALB/c正常小鼠的L3T4+ 、Ly - 2 + T细胞亚群比例为 31.5± 3.14、8.6± 1.0 5。结论　不同于BALB/c裸鼠 ,BALB/c被毛突变无毛小鼠、稀毛小鼠由于有胸腺 ,其脾脏L3T4+ 与Ly - 2 + T细胞亚群比例接近于正常BALB/c鼠 ,提示其具有基本正常的细胞免疫功能。Aim To investigate the numbers and proportion of the T subpopulations of spleen of the BALB/c mutant bald mice and sparse hair mice. Methods The T subpopulations were detected by FACS.Results The ratio of L3T4 + and Ly-2 + T lymphocytes were 23.41±1.73 and 6.4±1.51 in spleen of BLAB/c mutant bald mice and 26.6±2.79 and 6.7±0.74 in spleen of BALB/c mutant sparse mice respectively, approaching that of BALB/c normal mice.The ratio of L3T4 + and Ly-2 + T lymphocytes were 31.5±3.14 and 8.6±1.05 in spleen of BALB/c normal mice.Conclusion Compared with the BALB/c nude mice, which had not thymus gland and hardly had T lymphocytes in spleen, the BALB/c mutant bald mice and sparse hair mice had thymus gland. The numbers of L3T4 + and Ly-2 + T lymphocytes in spleens of the BLAB/c mutant bald mice and the BALB/c mutant sparse hair mice approached that of BALB/c normal mice. Therefore, different from BALB/c nude mice, the BALB/c mutant bald mice and sparse hair mice had normal functions of cellular immunity and could live in general environment.
