基础护理技术操作临床使用现状及引发的思考

摘　　要：目的　了解基础护理操作在临床使用情况 ,以便有针对性地进行教学改革。方法　自行设计问卷 ,对武警部队 18所医院 12 3个科室进行问卷调查 ,通过量化分析得出可靠的结果。结果　静脉输液、生命体征测量、晨晚间护理、肌内注射及口服给药操作频率较高 ;在调查的 2 5项技术操作中 ,有 2 3项涉及到一次性医用物品 ,可见一次性医用物品使用的普遍性。结论　基础护理教学应根据临床各项基础护理技术操作使用情况 ,合理安排学时 ,按一次性器材改革操作步骤 ,使教学与临床紧密结合。Obsjective To investigate the clinical use of the basic nursing. Methods A questionnaire was conducted to survey 123 nursing units of 18 hospitals affiliated to the Chinese People's Armed Police Forces. The data from the survey were treated with quantitative analysis. Results The analysis to the data demonstrated high frequency in intravenous transfusion, measurement of life signs, morning and evening nursing, muscular injection and oral medication. 23 out of 25 technical operations involved in the survey, showing the disposable medical articles were comprehensively used. Conclusion Reasonable time should be arranged in the basic nursing operation and the operational procedures should be reformed to integrate teaching to clinic operation closely.
