神经内窥镜治疗颅内蛛网膜囊肿的护理

摘　　要：我科应用神经内窥镜治疗颅内蛛网膜囊肿患者 2 1例 ,为了减少术后并发症的发生 ,提高手术的成功率 ,术前结合病人生理、心理变化的特点实施身心整体护理 ,争取患者及家属的配合 ;术后 2 4h内采取平卧位 ,避免头部突然剧烈运动 ,保持伤口敷料干净 ,严格执行无菌操作 ,防止颅内低压、颅内出血、颅内感染等并发症的发生。经过手术治疗和精心护理患者均无严重并发症 ,其中 17例患者症状消失或改善 ,4例患者症状无明显变化 ,认为该手术是一种安全、有效、并发症少的微创手术。To study the effects of nursing of the patients with intracranial arachnoidal cyst treated with neuroendoscope. Before surgery, holistic nursing was conducted to 21 patients with intracranial arachnoidal cyst treated with neuroendoscope. Within postoperative 24 h, they were nursed in such ways as keeping them sleeping at horizontal position, keeping the dressing clean and operating under strict aspetic manipulation, in order to prevent such complications as intrcranial hypotension, hemorrhage and infection.After operative treatment and holistic nursing, the symptoms in 17 cases were improved or disappeared significantly and those in 4 remained unchanged. [WT6HZ]Conclusion The treatment and corresponding nursing are considered to be safe and effective to the patients with intracranial arachnoidal cyst treated with neuroendoscope.
