二茂铁丁烯酸金属配合物的合成及抑菌活性

摘　　要：用 3 二茂铁基 2 丁烯酸钠 (NaL)分别与CuSO4 、CoCl2 在水相中反应 ,合成了两种新的配合物 :CuL2 ·2H2 O、CoL2 ·2H2 O 由元素分析、红外光谱、紫外光谱、失重分析和摩尔电导率对配合物进行了表征 配合物中配体羧基以单齿键合方式与金属离子配位 ,且金属离子对茂环有一定影响The two new complexes,CuL 2·2H 2O and COL 2·2H 2O,were synthesized by the CuSO 4 and CoCl 2 reacted with 3 ferrocenyl 2 crotonic acid sodium(NaL) in aqueous solution.The complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis,IR Spectrums,weight loss analysis and molar conductivity and tested for antibacterial activity.The IR spectral analysis showed that the carboxyl group coordinates with metal ions by single oxygenic atom and the metal ion influence the ferrocenyl of the complexes.The results of test on antibacterial activity showed that the two complexes have selective antibacterial property.
