摘 要:本研究利用RAPD技术 ,对香菇孢子单核体和原生质体单核体的遗传差异变化进行了分析。 9个随机引物共扩增出 79条DNA带 ,在此基础上分析并构建了遗传相关聚类图。结果表明以交配型基因为标记的孢子单核体遗传变异大于原生质体单核体 ,同种交配型的孢子单核体遗传相似性分别为 6 6 3%和 71 7% ,而原生质体单核体的遗传相似性为 98 7%、 93 7%。Sporulated monokaryon and protoplasted monokaryon of Lentinula edodes were studied for genetic diversity analysis by RAPD.A total of 79 products were amplified with 9 arbitrary primers and dendrogram based genetic similarity was performed from it.It was noted that more genetic diversity existed in sporulated monokaryon than that in protoplasted monokaryon at the same gene type.The similarity among same gene type of sporulated monokaryon were 66 3% and 71 7%.But the genetic similarity index of protoplasted monokaryon were 98 7% and 93 7%.
