企业再造是适应生存环境的必然选择

摘　　要：通过对企业外部环境和内部传统业务流程与组织结构的分析，提出了市场经济条件下，企业求得生存和发展的关键是增强自适应功能以与市场环境达成动态平衡，并提出了完善经营决策系统、变革管理组织系统、增大生产技术系统柔性等具体措施以实施再造工程，提高企业应变能力。Through the analysis of outer environment and internal structure of an organization, this paper proposes that strengthening its self - adjustability to market environment for dynamic balance is the key to the enterprise existence and development under market economy. And the discussion also covers how to implement the reconstruction engineering for the increase of self - adjustability in the aspects of management and policy decision system, administration and organization system, and production technology system.
