摘　　要：本文通过分析 ,指出数据格式的多样性已成为制约电子商务更广泛开展的瓶颈 ,在对国外有关标准的现状详细分析的基础上 ,阐述了我国建立自己的电子商务交易语言标准的重要性和必要性。The author points out that the diversity of data structure has become the bottle neck to the development of the E commerce in the world.On the detailed analysis of some International standards,the author also presents the importance,necessity and difficulties in establishing a uniform E Business Transaction Language Standard for China,and some solutions have been recommended.
