摘　　要：主要论述了新技术革命对人力资源的生产、开发、使用提出的要求；人与物这两个因素的关系；怎样才能在一定的物质条件下，为社会创造出更多的物质与精神财富；思想工作与社会经济生产的内在相互作用过程；以及如何运用它提高劳动者、管理者和科技工作者的道德素质和政治觉悟，从而促进我国的经济增长。This article deals with the demands of manufacturing, exploiting and employing human resources with the new technology revolution. It aiso studies how the two factors could create more treasures of matter and spirit, how the ideologica; work interacts with the social economic production, and how ideoligical education use it to increase the moral and political qualities of workers, governors and technology staff in order to further promote the Chiners economy.
