云南19种豆科蛋白饲料灌木的营养成分及利用价值

摘　　要：对云南省 19种豆科灌木树种叶片的营养成分进行了测定。结果表明 :这些豆科灌木树种的粗蛋白含量高于 11% ,其中 13个树种的叶片粗蛋白含量高于 15 % ,5个树种叶片粗蛋白含量高于 2 0 % ;这些树种叶片的微量元素、氨基酸含量丰富 ,Ca/P适宜 ,具有较高的营养价值。其分布广、适应性强、生长快、易采收 ,是比较理想的植物蛋白质资源。而且 ,豆科灌木还具有固氮养土、保持水土、药用等多种用途 ,具有较好的开发利用价值。The nutrient ingredients of the leaves of nineteen protein forage Leguminosae shrubs in Yunnan were examined.The results showed that the protein contents of the tested 19 species were higher than 11%,among which,that of 13 species were higher than 15%,and 5 species' protein contents surpassed 20%.All the tested species had rich amount of trace elements and amino acids,and Ca/P were proper.Moreover,the tested species held the characteristics of desirable adaptability,rapid growth, easy to collect.Besides the value using as forage,Leguminosae shrubs has other functions like nitrogen fixing,water and soil conservation,and medical uses.
