摘　　要：高校财务管理工作中 ,各种原因造成的预算指标变动的调整 ,应注重时效性、条理性、全面性、准确性 ,给出了数据透视表的建立及在预算变动管理工作中的应用实例 .In the management of college financial affairs, the change and rearrangement of budget due to various reasons should bear the characteristics of effectiveness, orderliness, comprehensiveness and accuracy. This paper presents the Pivo table and the examples of application in the management of the change of budget.
