p27^(KIP1)在喉鳞状细胞癌中表达的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨p2 7KIP1基因蛋白与LSCC生物学行为的关系。方法 :采用免疫组化法检测 6 0例LSCC、4 0例喉不典型增生病变和 2 0例喉正常粘膜中 p2 7KIP1基因蛋白的表达。结果　p2 7KIP1阳性表达主要定位于细胞核 ,在LSCC、喉不典型增生病变和喉正常粘膜中P2 7KIP1阳性表达率分别为 :5 8 3% (35 / 6 0 )、6 7 5 % (2 7/4 0 )和 90 0 % (18/ 2 0 ) (P <0 .0 5 )。LSCC中颈淋巴结转移组P2 7KIP1阳性表达率明显低于无淋巴结转移组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　在LSCC癌变过程中 ,p2 7KIP1阳性表达率呈逐渐下降趋势。p2 7KIP1表达的下调对喉癌发展起重要作用。Objective To clarify whether immunohistochemical detection of p27 KIP1 might provide prognosis information, we investigated the expression of p27 KIP1 in laryngeal squamous cell carcinoma (LSCC).Methods The expression of p27 KIP1 was examined by immunohistochemistry method in 20 cases of normal epithlia,40 of dysplastic epithlia and 60 of LSCC.Results Immunoreaction to p27 KIP1 was localized in the nuclei of cells. In normal and dysplastic squamous epithlium, and in squamous cell carcinoma of the larynx , the positive immunostaining rate of p27 KIP1 protein was 90 0% (18/20) , 67 5% (27/40) and 58 3% (35/60) respectively (P<0 05).p27 KIP1 expression was observed more frequently in the tumors with no lymph node metastasis. Conclusion With the lesions progression the positive immunostaining rate of p27 KIP1 protein decreased .p27 KIP1 expression may contribute to the progression of laryngeal tumors.
