摘　　要：目的 :探讨螺旋CT三维成像对膀胱癌的诊断价值。方法 :对 35例膀胱癌患者行螺旋CT容积扫描 ,图像经后处理获得膀胱立体图像。结果 :①膀胱三维图像的好坏与扫描方法、图像重建方法等密切相关。②膀胱三维图像上可清楚观察到向膀胱内突入的菜花状或乳头状肿块 ,肿块基底部膀胱壁增厚 ,并可以多方位观察膀胱轮廓及肿块情况。结论 :螺旋CT膀胱三维成像可以从二维及三维立体图像上获得更多诊断信息 。Objective:To study diagnostic value of 3D spiral CT of urimary bladder carcinoma.Methods:35 cases of bladder carcinoma were performed spiral CT volumetric scanning,from which 3D images of urinary bladder were reconstructed.Results:①3D image quality of urinary bladder was related with scanning method and reconstructing method of image.②3Dimages could clearly demonstrate the cauliflower like or papilliform tumor protruding into the bladder lumen, and the thickened wall of the bladder where the tumor was located.Moreover,the contour of the bladder and the state of the tumor could be observed in multiple directions.Conclusion:3D spiral CT images of urinary bladder can provide more diagnostic information based on 2D and 3D images, and have shown obvious advantages.
