肺癌患者外周血SIL-2R水平的检测及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨了肺癌患者血清可溶性白细胞介素 - 2受体 (SIL- 2 R)水平及临床价值。方法　采用Elisa法测定了 32例肺癌患者 (2 1例经外科手术治疗后 )和 35名正常人血清中 SIL - 2 R含量。结果　肺癌患者血清中 SIL- 2 R水平显著高于正常人组 ,术后 SIL- 2 R水平下降。结论　测定肺癌患者血清中 SIL- 2 R含量 。Objective To explore the change of serum SIL 2R levels in patients with lung carcinoma and evaluate its clinical value.Methods Serum SIL 2R level was detected in 32 patients with lung carcinoma (21 cases were treated by surgery)and 35 healthy persons by using ELISA.Results Serum SIL 2R level in lung carcinoma was significantly higher than that of normal control and decreased after surgery.Conclusion Detection of the serum SIL 2R level is valuble in monitoring the patients' immune condition.
