摘　　要：目的　探讨幽门螺杆菌 (HP)特异性抗体对胃、十二指肠疾病的免疫治疗机理。方法　用HP菌及其特异性抗体、胃液、补体进行不同的试验组合观察体外杀菌作用。结果　在pH <4的环境下 ,HP与其特异性抗体结合 ,然后激活胃液中的补体 ,最终导致溶菌使HP被杀灭。实验体系中缺少抗体或补体均不会将HP杀灭。Objective To explore the mechanism of the immune therapy of HP specific antibody to the diseases in stomech and duodenum. Methods In several goup match of HP, HP specific antibody, stomachal fluid and complement, observe the function of kill HP in vitro. Results In pH<4, HP combined with HP specific antibody, then activate complement, eventrally result in killing HP. Conclusion To take HP spcifec antibody by oral can cure the diseases of HP infection.
