摘　　要：目的　观察旋转式头部伽玛刀治疗颅眶区恶性肿瘤的作用和意义。方法　用伽玛刀治疗颅眶区恶性肿瘤 2例 ,随访 3个月 ,观察了眼睛疼痛、球结膜水肿 ,突眼消退与CT复查肿瘤缩小吸收情况。结果　伽玛刀治疗后当日剧烈疼痛缓解 ,眼睛胀痛、球结膜水肿逐日减轻 ,眼球突出在 1个月后开始回缩 ,CT复查肿瘤缩小吸收。结论　伽玛刀治疗颅眶区肿瘤创伤小 ,止痛明显 ,保留眼球 ,近期效果良好 。Objective To study the reliabity of gamma knife steretatic radioneurosurgery of the cranioorbital tumor. Methods Two patients with cranioobital tumor underwent gamma knife radiosurgery between 2001 02 26～04 30. The marginal radiation dose were 18～25 Gy and the treatment volumes were 13.52 ml to 16.88 ml. Results After treatment the follow up period in these patients was 3 months. The most of patients clinical showed improvements with in 1 month. Conclusion It has been proved that the gamma knife treatment for tumors in cranioorbital region might be an effective, economical and reliable method.
