摘  要:目的 观察 3种牙本质粘结剂直接盖髓后 ,不同时期内牙髓的反应。方法 兔牙 72颗 ,机械穿髓后分别用 3种粘结剂盖髓 (Vivadent,Densply ,Kulzer) ,Dycal为对照 ,于 7天、1 5天、2 4天每组拔除 6颗牙 ,脱钙切片 ,镜下观察充血 ,炎细胞 ,纤维化 ,牙本质桥 ,修复性牙本质 ,细菌污染情况。结果 所有实验牙齿都有牙本质桥形成 ,封闭穿髓孔。同一时期内 ,兔牙髓对不同盖髓剂的反应无显著性差异。除对照组外 ,同种粘结剂在不同时期内对牙髓的影响无显著性差异。结论 此 3种粘结剂对兔牙髓具有良好的生物相容性 。Objective To evaluate the pulpal response of 3 dentin bonding agents applied in direct pulp capping.Methods 72 rabbit teeth were used. After pulp exposure, adhesive pulp capping was performed with 3 different dentin bonding agents (Vivadent, Densply, Kulzer). Dycal was served as control. All the cavities were sealed with resin composite. In each group, 6 teeth were extracted 7, 15,or 24 days after treatment and prepared for histopathological examination, such as injection, inflammatory cell response, fibrosis, dentin bridge formation, reparative dentin deposition and bacterial staining. Results Dentin bridge was seen in all teeth, occluding the perforation. At the same time, pulp response to different pulp capping agents showed no significant difference. Each adhesive agent's effects to pulp in 3 periods showed no significant different, excepting the Dycal group. Conclusion These 3 dentin bonding agents display novel bioactive properties and are capable of stimulating the development of reparative dentin.
