实验性创伤对鼠牙根尖周病损的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究单侧创伤性牙合对鼠牙露髓后所致根尖周病损的影响。方法　 60只Wistar大白鼠平均分为 4组。A组不做任何处理 ;B组制造鼠左下颌磨牙的根尖周炎症病损 ;C组造成鼠左下颌磨牙的实验性牙合创伤 ;D组同时造成鼠左下颌磨牙的根尖周炎症病损和实验性牙合创伤。分别于实验后的第 1、2、4周处死各组部分动物 ,显微镜下观察组织学变化并进行数据测量。结果　B组牙髓组织出现严重的炎症 ,根尖区牙槽骨吸收。C组根尖区牙周韧带压缩 ,牙槽骨吸收。D组根尖区牙周韧带压缩比B组重 ,但根尖区炎症病变比B组轻。Objective To study the effect of experimental unilateral traumatic occlusion on the periapical lesions after pulpal exposure in rats.Methods Sixty Wistar rats were divided equally into group A to D.Rats in group A received no treatment;Rats in group B received experimental periapical periodontitis;Experimental traumatic occlusion was given to rats in group C and rats in group D received treatments of both B and C.On the first,second,fourth day after experiment killed some rats respectively and investigated their histological and histometrical changes.Results ①In group B we found serious pulpitis and the resorption of the alveolar bone.②Group C rats appeared the compression of the periapical ligament and the alveolar bone resorpsion.③The compression of the periapical ligament was more in group D than in group B,but we found that the inflammation of the periapical lesions was less in group D than in group B.Conclusion Traumatic occlusion delay the enlargement of the experimental periapical lesions.
