摘  要:目的 观察 4种塑化剂充填离体人牙后其根周塑化剂的渗出量以及渗出物中所含游离醛的量。方法 采用紫外可见光分光光度法测定用 4种塑化剂塑化的 60颗新鲜拔除的完整人牙。结果 塑化后第 1天塑化剂渗出量及游离醛的含量最大 ,随时间延长渗出量明显减少。经q检验 ,塑化后第 1~ 4天的戊二醛酚醛树脂塑化剂(GR)渗出物中所含游离醛量明显低于其它三种含甲醛的酚醛树脂塑化剂 (FR)。结论 GR的渗透性较FR弱 ,同时提示塑化治疗过程中应保护牙根尖部狭窄区不被破坏 ,了解患者根尖孔情况 。Objective To observe and measure the exudating amount of some aldehydes and 4 kinds of phenoaldehyde resins in vitro .Methods Measured 60 freshly extracted, intact, permanent teeth that were filled with 4 kinds of resinifying agents from human subjects by the ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry.Results The amount of exudation was the most at the first day, decreased sharply at the second day. By q test, the amount of free glutaradehyde from glutaraldehyde resinifying agent (GR) was obviously less than that of formaldehyde from each of 3 kinds of formaldehyde resinifying agent (FR). Conclusion The permeability of GR is weaker than that of FR and this study indicates that during the resinifying therapy, we should protect the apical constriction, know sth. of apical foraminas of patients lest it brings more exudate as stimulus to the periapical tissues.
