摘　　要：集水型生态农业是适应西北半干旱区自然资源特点的农业发展模式,是改善生态环境和提高土地生产力的结合点。通过采取使两者同时受益的关键措施,不但可以实现农民的脱贫,而且还可以使生态环境逐步得到恢复与重建,最终实现农业的可持续发展。Water -gathering eco -agriculture i s the agricultural development model,which suits the features of the natural sources of the semi -arid reg ions in the northwest,and the joint t o combine improving ecological environ-ment and raising the production of th e land.By using the key measures,whi ch make benefits to both of them,not only the poverty -alleviation of farmers can be realized,but also the eco logical environment can be restored and re -constructed gradually.Finally,the sustainable development of agriculture can be realized.
