摘 要:用扫描电镜来观察粉末样品的形貌、粒度和粒度分布可以提供直观精确的结果。这种分析方法被广泛的应用于科研和生产。在电镜的分辨率确定的条件下,电镜观察样品的制备对观察效果具有关键的作用。文章总结了扫描电镜粉末样品的常用方法,并用实验对各种制备方法进行了对比,给出了针对不同性质的粉末样品的合适制样方法。SEM can provide the most direct and exact measurement of powders morphology, size and size distribution . This analytical method was widely used in academic research and industrial production. Wherein the preparation of samples for observation with SEM takes a crucial role in getting clear photograph. In this paper, we have given out a review on several methods for preparing SEM samples of powders with different size and surface. At the same time, examples on them were listed and comparison among them were discussed.
