摘 要:介绍了甘油与月桂酸的酯化反应来制备甘油单月桂酸酯的方法 ,反应参数是月桂酸与甘油的摩尔比为 1∶2 5。反应温度为 180℃ ,反应时间为 5h ,获得产率达到 5 5 2 %纯度较高的产品 ,应用了水的提炼和低温结晶的方法对产物进行纯化 ,精炼后的单甘酯用化学方法进行分析 。A method was developed for the esterification of lauric acid with glycerol to produce monolaurin in good yield and quality.The reaction parameters,i.e.molar ratio of the reactants in 1∶2.5 (lauric acid ∶glycerin), temperature of 180 ℃,5 h reaction time were optimized to obtain a product in 55.2% yield with higher purity.Two methods of purfication namely water refining and lower temperature crystallization were studied and developed in this process.The refined monolaurin was determined by chemical analysis,its application in medicine was reviewed too.
