吉非贝齐抗脂肪肝的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :探讨以降低甘油三酯为主的调血脂药吉非贝齐 (GemfibrozilGem)对脂肪肝的治疗作用及机制。方法 :以高脂饮食饲喂Wistar大鼠 3个月诱发高脂性脂肪肝模型 ,造模成功后 ,模型鼠随机分为四组 ,分别为模型对照组 ,Gem高、中、低剂量组 ,另设正常对照组。结果 :a)血脂和肝内脂质变化 :与模型对照组相比 ,Gem高、中、低剂量组大鼠血TG和肝内TG的含量均明显下降。b)组织病理学检查 :用药组大鼠的肝脂肪变性较模型组明显好转 ,甚至可完全恢复正常。结论 :Gem能过改善体内脂质代谢达到治疗脂肪肝的目的。Objective To explore the treatment effect and the possible mechanism of gemfibrozil(Gem)in treating experimental fatty liver.Methods Wistar rats models with fatty liver were induced by high fat diet for three months.The model rats were randomly divided into 4 groups,i.e.model control,Gem high dose,Gem moderate dose,Gem low dose.Then a normal control group was designed.Results 1 The changes of serum and hepatic lipid:After Gem was used for 2 months,serum and hepatic triglyceride(TG)contents were decreased significantly in Gem high,moderate and low dose group rats.2 The change of pathological histology:steatosis was remittented more in most of the Gem groups rats than in the model control group rats.Conclusion Gemfibrozil may improve lipid metabolism.Thus gemfibrozil may be used to treat fatty liver.
