摘  要:目的 :探讨多药耐药 (MDR1)基因、多药耐药相关蛋白 (MRP)基因在食道鳞癌中的表达情况及其与肿瘤分化程度的关系。方法:用逆转录多聚酶链反应 (RT -PCR)方法检测新鲜食道癌组织标本。结果:32例食道鳞癌标本MDR1、MRP基因阳性表达率分别为78.1 %、75.0% ,明显高于癌旁组织 (均P<0.01)。MDR1 、MRP基因表达与肿瘤分化程度无关 (均P>0.05)。结论:MDR1、MRP基因在食道鳞癌组织中有较高的阳性表达率 。Objective: To investigate expression of the multidrug(MDR1) gene and the multidrug resistance-associated protein(MRP) gene in squamous cell carcinoma of the oesophagus(ESCC) and its relation to cell differentiation.Methods: The MDR1 and MRP genes were determined by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) in 32 ESCC specimens. Results:The positive rates of the MDR1 and MRP gene expression were 78.1% and 75.0% in the 32 patients.The expression rates in the cancer tissues were significantly higher than that in the surrounded normal tissues(P<0.01).There was no significant relation between the MDR1 and MRP gene expression and cell differentiation (P>0.05).Conclusion: The positive rates of the MDR1 and MRP gene expression were higher in ESCC tissues,but they were not related with ESCC cell differentiation.
