摘　　要：目的　探讨特发性椎管内硬膜外脂肪增多症的诊断和治疗。方法　分析 5例特发性椎管内硬膜外脂肪增多症的临床特点及影像学资料。经后正中切口入路 ,手术切除脂肪肿物。结果　术后症状完全缓解能正常生活 2例 ,好转 2例 ,1例无改善。结论　MRI和CT有助于确诊本病。Objective To investigate treatment and diagnosis of idiopathic spinal epidural excessive fat syndrome. Methods Clinical features and radiological materials of 5 patients were studied. Operation was done on each patient via the posterior mediam approach. Results In 2 patients, syndrome were improved subtotally. 2 patients were partially improved and 1 unchanged. Conclusion MRI and CT are beneficial to making final diagnosis for idiopathic excessive syndrome of fat epidural diagnosis. Surgical decompression is necessary if spinal nerve symptoms are getting worse progressively.
