摘 要:以湿法中密度纤维板生产工艺生产的高密度纤维板为基材 ,采用热进冷出热压工艺研制浸渍三聚氰胺的纸质装饰贴面板、浸渍三聚氰胺的天然薄木装饰贴面板 ;以冷压法研制基材表面覆盖竹片 ,背面配置普通旋切木质单板的竹材复合板 .这些装饰材料的物理力学性能达到 :密度 >0 .95 g/cm3,含水率 <3 % ,吸水率 <4% ,厚度膨胀率 <7% ,静曲强度 >45Mpa,弹性模量 >85 0 0Mpa.Decorative paper board and natural furring sheet of board that are soaked by melamine are developed in the hot press, in which the hot board comes in and the cold board goes out by using the high density fiberboard ,which is produced with the production technique of wet progress fiberboard, as basic board. By use of cold press method, in which the surface of basic board is covered by bamboo flake and the back is covered by common turning wooden veneer, bamboo composite board is developed.The mechanical properties of those materials are very high:density>0.95 g/cm 3, moisture content<3.0%, water absorption<4%, thickness swelling content<7.0%, static bending strongth>45 Mpa, modulus of elasticity(MOD)> 8 500 Mpa.
