摘  要:人类精浆含有男性免疫抑制物质及其他抑制因子,它们可防止性配偶对精子及精浆产生免疫应答,本文报告采用溶血空斑形成试验及绵羊红细胞抗体滴度测定法,观察从正常人精液中制备的男性免疫抑制物质MIMF-1对小鼠体液免疫应答的抑制效应。实验结果提示,MIMF-1不仅能抑制绵羊红细胞进入小鼠体内所引起的免疫应答(以溶血空斑多少表示);亦能降低小鼠血清中绵羊红细胞抗体滴度。MIMF-1所致的免疫抑制作用可能与精液过敏或不育有关。Human seminal plasma contains male inhibitory material and other suppressive factors which prevent the sexual partner from developing immune response to sperms and seminal plasma. The inhibitory effect on humoral immune response of mice by MIMF-1 purified from healthy human ejaculate was tested hemolytic plaque formation and anti-SRBC antibodies titer assay. The results showed that MIMF-1 not only had inhibitory effect on immune response to SRBC in vitro, but also reduced the titer of antibodies to SRBC in murine sera. The possible relationship between immunosuppression caused by MIMF-1 and hypersensitivity to seminal fluid or sterity was discussed.
