摘　　要：对开设适合女大学生特点的体育课程的必要性和如何提高女大学生体育课质量的措施方法进行了论述和探讨 .This thesis is directed against the neccessity of opening the P.E class which is suitable to the undergraduate girls and the steps and methods of how to improve the quality of the P.E class of the undergraduate girls.
