乳腺癌患者血清及组织中谷胱甘肽-S-转移酶活性检测的临床价值

摘　　要：目的　探讨谷胱甘肽 - S-转移酶 (GST)活性变化与乳腺癌发生、发展的关系及其临床应用价值。　方法　检测 6 0例乳腺癌 (其中伴有淋巴结转移 30例 )、30例乳腺不典型增生及 30例乳腺单纯性增生患者的血清及癌组织、癌旁组织、不典型增生组织、单纯性增生组织中 GST活性。　结果　 (1)乳腺癌组的血清及组织中 GST活性显著高于不典型增生组 (P<0 .0 1)及单纯性增生组 (P<0 .0 1)。 (2 )乳腺癌组织 GST活性显著高于癌旁组织 (P<0 .0 5 )、癌旁组织中 GST活性显著高于正常对照组织 (P<0 .0 5 )。 (3)乳腺癌组织 GST活性与肿瘤大小、按预后好坏的组织学分型等病理指标无关 ,与组织学分级、是否伴有淋巴结转移相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。 (4)乳腺癌术后血清中GST活性明显低于术前 (P<0 .0 1)。　结论　 GST活性变化与乳腺癌发生发展密切相关 。Objective\ To study the relationship between activity of glutathione s\|transferase(GST) and the occurence, development of breast cancer.\ Methods\ The activity of GST in serum, carcinoma tissue, and nearby noncancerous tissue, and tissue showing atypical hyperplasia or simple hyperplasia was assayed in 60 cases of breast carcinoma(30 cases of node\|positive breast cancer), and 30 cases of atypical hyperplasia of breast, 30 cases of simple hyperplasia of breast.\ Results\ (1)The activity of GST in serum and tissue of breast carcinomas was higher than those of atypical hyperplasia group(P<0 01) and simple hyperplasia group(P<0 01).\ (2)The activity of GST in tissue of breast carcinoma was higher than that of nearby noncarcerous tissue(P<0 05).\ The activity in nearby noncarcerous tissue was higher than that in normal tissue(P<0 05).\ (3)The activity of GST was correlated with histological grading(P<0 05) and lymph node involvement(P<0 05).\ (4)The activity of GST in serum of patient after operation was lower than before operation(P<0.01).\ Conclusion\ The GST activity and the incidence, development of breast cancer are closely related.\ It is useful as a reference for breast cancer diagnosis and monitoring the precarcinous lesions.
