摘　　要：心肌缺血通常导致一系列的代谢变化 ,改善缺血心肌的代谢 ,能改善心肌功能 ,因而可通过干预心肌代谢 ,治疗缺血性心脏病。本文介绍若干代谢性治疗药物对心绞痛的治疗作用、作用机制以及该类药物的开发前景。Myocardial ischemia often leads to a series of metabolic changes. Metabolic management of myocardial ischemia may improve myocardial functions. Therefore, metabolic intervention is a valid approach to the treatment of ischemic heart diseases. The effects of several metabolic agents and their mechanisms of action were discussed here, and the prospect of the development of novel metabolic agents for the treatment of angina pectoris was appraised.
