电针对血管性痴呆患者智力结构的影响

摘　　要：目的　探讨电针治疗血管性痴呆 (VD)的疗效及对其智力结构的影响。方法　将 6 8例 VD患者随机分为电针组和药物组 (氢化麦角碱 ,DHET) ,每组 34例。检测治疗前后长谷川痴呆修改量表(HDS- R)、社会活动功能调查 (FAQ)、老年认知功能量表 (SECF)、韦氏记忆量表 (WMS)的变化情况 ,共观察 42 d。结果　电针组上述指标的改善较药物组显著 ,其有效率为 79.41% ,而药物组为 2 0 .5 8% (P<0 .0 1)。VD患者智力呈全面低下 ,但其恢复则有快有慢。结论　提示电针疗法可促进 VD患者智能、社会活动功能的康复 ,提高生活质量 ,电针近期疗效优于药物 DHET;临床上应仔细分析 VD患者的智力结构 ,治疗和康复训练必须有的放矢 。Purpose To investigate the curative effect of electroacupuncture on vascular dementia (VD) and the influence on intelligence structure in it. Methods Sixty eight VD patients were randomly divided into electroacupuncture group and drug (dihydroergotoxine DHET) group, 34 cases in each. Changes in revised Hasegawa dementia scale(HDS R), functional activity questionnaire(FAQ), scale of elderly cognition function(SECF), and WA's memory scale(WMS) were examined after treatment. The observation lasted 42 days. Results The above indices improved markedly in electroacupuncture group as compared with drug group. The effective rate was 79.41% in electroacupuncture group but 20.58% in drug group( P <0.01). Intelligence was low in all aspects but improved at different speeds in the VD patients. Conclusion It is suggested that electroacupuncture therapy can promote the restoration of intelligence and social functional activity and raise quality of life in VD patients. The short term curative effect of electroacupuncture is superior to that of DHET. Clinically the intelligence structure of VD patients should be analyzed carefully. Treatment and rehabilitation training should be aimed at the target and advanced step by step.
