摘  要:目的观察刺梨对D -半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝细胞线粒体损伤的保护作用。方法小鼠颈背部皮下注射D -半乳糖建立衰老模型 ,同时刺梨保护组灌服刺梨汁 ,36天后取肝脏制备透射电镜样品 ,对肝细胞线粒体采用体视学中体密度 (Vv)、面数密度 (NA)指标进行分析。结果刺梨保护组肝细胞线粒体体密度、面数密度与正常对照组接近 ,而明显高于衰老模型组 (P <0 0 1、P <0 0 5 )。结论刺梨对D -半乳糖致衰老小鼠肝细胞线粒体的损伤具有保护作用。Objective To investigate the protective effect of Rosa roxburghii Trait on mitochondria damage of liver cell of aging model mice.Methods D-galactose was given S.C. to mice to induce aging model. Rosa roxburghii Trait juice was administrated for 36 days. The livers were observed by transmission electronic microscope, Vv and N A of mitochondria in liver cell were measured. Results V vand N A of mitochondria of Rosa roxburgii Trait group were higher than that of aging model group ( P <0 01? P <0 05),there was no significace between Rosa roxburghii Trait group and control group.Conclusion Rosa roxburghii Trait has a protective effect on mitochondria damage of liver of aging model mice caused by D-galactose.
