微生态调节剂治疗肝硬化非感染性腹泻的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察微生态调节剂对肝硬化非感染性腹泻的治疗作用及肝功能改善情况。方法将肝硬化非感染性腹泻病例共 85例分为两组 ,治疗组 40例在综合治疗的同时加用金双歧 2 0g,每日 2次 ,连续 15天 ,疗程结束与对照组比较腹泻症状及肝功能情况。结果治疗组腹泻总有效率92 3% ,对照组 5 5 6 % ,两组疗效差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 1) ;治疗组肝功能改善情况明显优于对照组(P <0 0 1)。结论微生态调节剂是治疗肝硬化非感染性腹泻的一种安全、有效的药物 ,同时还能改善肝功能 ,促进蛋白合成 ,可作为防治肝病的常规辅助药物。Objective To observe the microecological adjustment drug on improvement disinfected diarrhea and liver function with cirrhosis.Methods 85 cases with cirrhosis disinfected diarrhea were divided into 2 groups, normal control and treatment group. All of the cases were treated by general therapy, in the treatment group,45 cases were also treated by Golden Bifid 2.0gBid, 15 days.The improvement of diarrhea and liver function were analyzed.Results Diarrhea improved rate was 92.3% in treatment group and 55.6% in control group( P <0.01).Liver function were given a better reult in treatment group than in cantrol ( P <0 01).Conclusion Microecological adjustment drug may be a safe and effective drug for disinfected diarrhea of cirrhosis and may be used as an assisting drug in the prevention and treatment of hepatitis.
