摘　　要：主要根据车牌形状、颜色及与其它部位的区别进行车牌定位，并结合车牌位置的隶属度函数进行综合处理，在实际运用中取得了较好的效果。This article explores the method of locating vehicle's number plates, being main basis to its shape,color and the difference which is different from those nearby. And this need to be dealt with synthetically ,and combining with the subject function of the place of vehicle's number plate. The method has been applied to real situation, and we have achieved good results.
