摘　　要：目的　探讨bcl 2基因对胃癌细胞生长的促进作用。方法　应用原位杂交技术和免疫组织化学方法 ,检测 6 0例胃癌组织中bcl 2蛋白及bcl 2mRNA的表达情况。结果　 6 0例胃癌中bcl 2蛋白阳性表达率为 83 .3 % ,bcl 2mRNA阳性表达率为 90 .0 % ,两者的表达水平呈正相关 (RS=0 .999,P <0 .0 1)并均显示高分化组低于低分化组。结论　胃癌bcl 2基因高表达可抑制细胞凋亡 ,促进胃癌的生长 。Objective To investigate the effect of bcl 2 gene in promoting the growth of gastric carcinoma cells.Methods The expressions of bcl 2 mRNA and bcl 2 protein in gastric carcinoma cells in 60 patients were detected by in situ hybridization and immunohistochemistry.Results In 60 cases of gastric carcinoma,the expression rates of bcl 2 protein and bcl 2 mRNA were 83.3%(50/60) and 90.0%(54/60) respectively.The expression level of bcl 2 mRNA was positively correlated with bcl 2 protein (r=0.999,P<0.01).The expressions of bcl 2 protein and bcl 2 mRNA were both higher in well differentiated group than those in low differentiated group.Conclusion Over expression of bcl 2 may inhibit the apoptosis of gastric carcinoma cells and promote the growth of gastric carcinoma,as a result,may cause unlimited cell accumulation which might play an important role in the development and malignant course of gastric carcinoma.
