摘　　要：阐述了图书馆在青少年素质教育中所起的社会教育职能。图书馆应抓住应试教育向素质教育转变的机遇 ,利用信息资源优势 ,强化社会教育职能 。This paper expounds the social educational functions of the library in quality education for teenagers.The library should grasp the opportunity of the transformation of test education into quality education to strengthen its social educational functions,make good use of its superiority in information resources,and cultivate innovative telnets with higher quality.
