摘　　要：如何在经济落后的情况下加大环境保护投入的力度 ,环境保护事业如何适应市场经济规律 ,出路就在于引进 PPP与 BOT模式。引进 PPP与In order to increase the investment strength for environment protection under the backward situation in economy and make the cause of environment protection fit in with the regulations of market economy,the PPP mode and BOT mode be introduced. And introducing PPP mode and BOT mode is a practical requirement of environment protection in Shanxi Province.
