摘　　要：[目的 ]通过生物样品的比对试验 ,提高获得认可的职业健康检查医疗卫生机构生物样品检测实验室的检验水平和质量控制水平。 [方法 ] 3 4家实验室按标准方法检验尿铅、尿汞比对试样 ,采用国际通用的Horwitz方程对比对试验结果进行分析、评定。 [结果 ]参加比对试验的实验室只有两家没有达到要求 (即 -2 <RSZ <+ 2 ,SSZ <8)。 [结论 ]用Z值、RSZ值和SSZ值可以较全面、客观地评定实验室检验质量水平。By mean of verification testing for biological materials,it was to rise the level of determination and quality management of test laboratories,which has been accredited as a medical organization for occupational health inspection. In 34 laboratories the lead and mercury in urine was determined according to the standard methods,the results of verification testing were analysed and assessed with usual Horwitz equation. Only two laboratories not achieved demand in assisting laboratories at the verification testing (Viz.-2<RSZ<+2,SSZ<8). [Conclusion] The detective quality level of laboratories can comprehensively and objectively be assessed with Z value,RSZ value and SSZ value. This conclusion showed that the accredited laboratories are in good state of quality control.
