摘　　要：灾害医学救治中存在着特殊的人际关系。它同一般的医疗卫生活动中的人际关系有着明显的区别 ,从常见的医患关系、医际关系延伸到患际关系。其时空界限、人员范围较之临床医疗实践中的人际关系更加宽泛、更加复杂。Treatment in disaser medicine is a systematically complex social project, compared with ordinary medical practice. The interpersonal relatonships in disaster medical treatment not only include the usual physician patient relationship and the physician physician relationship, but also extend to patient patient relationship with broader, more complex time space boundaries and a personnel range.\;
