幽门螺杆菌与复发性阿弗他溃疡关系探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨幽门螺杆菌 (Hp)与复发性阿弗他溃疡 (RAU)的关系。方法 :设 RAU组、其他口腔溃疡组与健康组 ,分别应用尿素酶试验和组织学 Giemsa染色法检测口腔组织 Hp感染率 ,采用 EL ISA法检测血清 Hp Cag A(细胞毒素相关蛋白 )抗体 ,并将结果进行比较。结果 :RAU患者与健康人及其他口腔溃疡患者相比 ,口腔 Hp感染率 ,毒力株 Hp感染率均无显著性差异。结论 :RAU可能与口腔Objective:To study the relationship between recurrent aphthous ulcer(RAU) and helicobacter pylori infection.Methods:The infection rate of Hp in mouth cavity of the patients with RAU,non RAU and of the healthy subjects were determined with urease testing and Giemsa staining,cytotoxin associated protein(CagA)antibody of Hp with cytotoxin in the serum of them were detected with ELISA testing.Results: There were no significant difference of Hp infection among the groups.Conclusion:It was suggested there was no relationship between RAU and Hp infection.
