摘 要:目的 :了解结、直肠癌多药耐药基因 (MultidrugResistanceGene ,MDR )与p5 3基因产物的关系 ,探讨其相互作用的机理。方法 :用免疫组织化学ABC法检查 5 1例结、直肠癌MDR1、p5 3基因产物的表达。结果 :结、直肠癌MDR1基因产物Pgp阳性表达共43例 ,强度为 +~ + + ;p5 3阳性表达共 41例 ,强度为 +~ + + + ,Pgp与p5 3的表达结果之间的差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :结、直肠癌MDR1基因与p5 3基因之间存在密切的关系 ,p5 3基因对MDR1基因的调节可能在MDR1基因的转录过程中通过对MDR1基因CAT的作用而产生影响 ,说明可以通过用免疫组织化学的方法来检测肿瘤的基因表达产物 ,从而了解p5 3对MDR1基因的影响 ,由此进一步通过对p5 3基因的控制来调节MDR1基因的表达 。Objective:To analyse the correlation between the gene products of MDR1 and mutant type p53. The mechanism is also been studied. Methods:Fifty one cases of specimens of colorectal adenocarcinomas were used, the products of MDR1 and p53 were detected by immunohistochemistry staining ABC method. Results:Forty three cases were positive in Pgp, which is the product of MDR1 gene. Forty one cases were p53 positive. The difference between Pgp and p53 was obviously significant ( P <0.05). Conclusion:There are close correlation between MDR1 gene and p53 in colorectal adenocarcinomas. The regulation to MDR1 gene caused by p53 gene may be in the course of MDR1 gene transformation. That means we can understand the influence to the MDR1 gene caused by p53 gene with the immunohistochemistry method.
