冷光透照在胃癌手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :胃癌手术中应用冷光源透照探查病灶恶变与胃周淋巴结转移情况。方法 :利用冷光源连接自制的光端对胃癌患者进行术中透照探查。结果 :透照见胃溃疡病灶透光度差 ,病灶周围血管像呈血管增粗紊乱 ,部分血管僵硬或断裂 ,提示恶变。胃周淋巴结肿大、质硬、透光度差并伴有血管增粗紊乱、僵硬或断裂变化的淋巴结提示淋巴结癌性转移。结论Objective:To study diaphanograph with 'cold'light source in stomach cancer operation for diagnosis and operation process. Methods:Diaphanograph was made by ourselves. Results: Pathological changes in malignant focus of stomach ulcer show low transparency and the disorder and rigidness of the veins.Some blood vessels are broken.Swelling and hard lymph nodes around the stomach which show the same changes of malignant focis may indicate carcinoma metastasis. Conclusion: Diaphanograph with 'cold' light source is used to diagnose malignant stomach ulcer early and in helpful in resecting lymph nodes metastasis in radical operation.
