摘　　要：目的 :了解图形视觉诱发电位 (P VEP)在甲状腺相关眼病视神经病变 (DON)早期诊断中的应用价值。方法 :随机选取 39例甲状腺相关眼病 (TAO)和 30例正常对照进行P VEP检查。结果 :P VEP的改变主要为P1振幅 (PA)的降低 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :P VEP比较敏感地反映TAO视神经功能的变化 。Objective:To investigate the value of pattern visual evoked potentials(P VEP) in the early diagnosis of dysthyroid optic neuropathy(DON).Methods:P VEPs were examined in each patient in a randomized study of 39 patients with TAO. The control group included 30 patients without TAO.Results:P VEPs were abnormal in 14 TAO patients(24 eyes) with a group amplitude of P 1(PA) significantly lower than that for the controls.Conclusion:Our study illustrates that P VEPs are a sensitive test for the early detection of optic neuropathy in TAO.
