不同种类的熔模材料对玻璃陶瓷全冠精度的影响

摘　　要：目的　研究不同种类的熔模材料对玻璃陶瓷全冠精度的影响 ,以及适合性方面为玻璃陶瓷全冠临床用蜡提供实验依据。方法　采用不同蜡制做三组全冠熔模 ,共 18个 ,每组 6个。制作玻璃陶瓷全冠 ,测试并比较全冠各部位、各组全冠的适合性。结果　三组全冠的适合性无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 )。第二组冠的适合性略优于其它两组 ,第三组即普通技工用蜡所铸冠的适合性较差 ,但也在临床接受范围内 ( <12 0 μm )。结论　底层为舒张蜡 。Objective To evaluate the influence of different wax pattern materals on the adaptation of Dicor all ceramic crown.Methods There were three groups full ceramic crown’s wax patterns.They were fabricated with three kinds of different materals.Dicor full ceramic crown was constructed using a standardized technique.At last,the adaptation of the three groups full ceramic crowns was measured and compared.Results They hardly showed significant difference( P > 0.05 ).However,the second group was considered as the first rate for its adaptation.Although the third group crown’s resin was thicknest,it was conformed to standards of clinic(<120 μm).Conclusion Three kinds of materls are all competent to fabricate wax pattern of Dicor casting glass full ceramic crown,but the second group’s materal is the perfectest among the three kinds of materals.
