摘　　要：VisualBasics (VB)是Windows环境下一种快速应用程序开发工具 .本文将介绍如何使用VB在Windows平台下开发串行通信程序 :利用WindowsAPI函数和VB提供的专用通信控件MSCOMM .VBX开发串行通信软件的设计方法和步骤 .Visual Basic is a Rapid Application Development (RAD) tool under Windows environment. This paper states two methods of developing serial communication program with VB and introduces how to develop serial communication program by using Windows API functions and MSCOMM.VBX.
