摘　　要：综述了乳酸铝在材料工业、精细化工工业、食品工业以及生物化学工业中的应用现状 ,表明乳酸铝既可作为添加剂优化产品的性能 ,又可作为重要成分构成材料。简要叙述了乳酸铝的制备方法和乳酸铝的发展前景 。This paper reviews recent developments of the applications of Aluminum Lactate in material ,fine chemical,food and bio chemical industries.It is made clear that Aluminum Lactate can not only be used as additives to optimize the properties of products but also as an important component of the material.Its manufacture and prospect of development are briefly dealt with,thus developming a new raw material for China′s industry.
