可控电解珩磨加工的电流控制技术及金属去除规律的研究

摘  要:研究了以微机实时控制电解珩磨过程中工件表面的电解电场强度,从而调控各点的金属去除速度,获得工件要求的几何形状精度的新加工方法(可控电解珩磨).该方法在降低工件表面粗糙度的同时,还具有纠正工件几何形状误差的能力,尤其适用于高精度复杂形状工件和难加工金属材料的精密加工.本研究采用不完全微分算法实现电解电流的闭环控制,并且应用人工神经网络技术建立了系统的施电模型.实验结果表明,该方法可获得满意的加工精度.The controlled electrolytic honing is a new machining method of obtaining the required workpiece in geometric shape and machining precision, during which the electrolytic field intensity on the workpiece is controlled in real time by microcomputer so as to adjust and control the rate of metal removal at various spots. The surface roughness of the workpiece can be reduced, and the geometrical accuracy of the workpiece can be improved, so the technology is especially suitable for machining workpiece with high accuracy and complicated shape. The experimental results have proved that adopting incomplete differential PID algorithm to control in closed loop the electrolytic current and adopting the artificial neural network technology to establish the current distribution model of the system will help achieve the satisfactory machining precision.
